Dindi and Pilvi Games is a small independent project created by parents who wanted a clean and educational space for their children to play and learn. Every game is hand-crafted to be intuitive, joyful and developmentally appropriate.

We believe learning should feel like play. Our games cover shapes, colours, letters, numbers, memory, geography, art and logic — all wrapped up in bright, cheerful worlds that children want to keep exploring. To support healthy digital habits, we also provide built-in screen time management tools, easily accessible via the "Parents" button above the games.

🔒 Safe & Private by Design

No ads and no player accounts. With a parent or guardian's permission, we collect limited game-activity statistics to understand which games are useful and what to improve. Website visitors may also choose whether to allow Google Analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

🧒 Children & Accounts

Children can play without an account. We do not ask children for a name, email address, precise location, or billing details. The Contact form is for parents, guardians and other adults and must not include information about a child. In the Android app, a Parent Check is required before the form or email app opens.

💾 Essential Device Storage

We use local storage or equivalent app preferences for essential and requested features: your analytics choice, theme, sort order, recent games, onboarding state and game settings. The parent timer and post-session lock remain in memory and reset on refresh. Essential preferences work whether optional analytics is allowed or rejected and can be cleared in browser or app storage settings.

📊 Optional Game-Activity Analytics

Only after a parent or guardian allows optional analytics, the website and online Android app record game ID, event type (play or end), duration for completed sessions, timestamp, coarse country code and platform (web or android). These records help us identify the most-played games and decide what to improve. They do not contain an account ID, advertising ID, purchase token, order ID, name or email address.

If the consented Android app is offline, up to 500 pending activity events can stay on that device and are sent to the same D1 endpoint in small batches after it reconnects. The original app event time is retained when it passes server safety checks; its coarse country code is derived when it is uploaded. Withdrawing optional analytics immediately stops collection and an active queue replay, then removes device analytics wherever storage is accessible.

An app event rejected by the server's rate limit before storage is safely queued for a later batch. Other ambiguous online delivery failures are not retried where doing so could count an already accepted event twice. Cloudflare processes network information, including the request IP address, to deliver and secure the service, apply rate limits and derive a country code. Our D1 activity table does not store the IP address. Because activity records have no user identifier, we cannot use them to build a player profile or reliably locate one person's past rows.

🌐 Android Free Connectivity

Android Free needs a working internet connection when a game or new level starts. The app makes a short request to our Cloudflare endpoint to distinguish real internet access from a disconnected network or captive portal. The response does not use D1, does not depend on optional analytics and does not contain an account, advertising ID or game activity. Cloudflare necessarily processes network information such as the request IP address to deliver and secure the request.

📈 Google Analytics on the Website

If optional analytics is allowed, the website loads Google Analytics to measure visits and general usage. It may use analytics cookies and browser or device information under Google's terms. Advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled. Google Analytics is not loaded inside the Android app.

☁️ Service Providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, the Android connectivity check, the analytics Worker and D1 storage. Google provides consented website analytics. Web3Forms processes the name, email address and message that an adult voluntarily submits through the Contact form so we can reply.

🧾 Google Play Purchases

For Dindi & Pilvi Plus on Android, Google Play processes account, payment, order and refund information. The app receives only the purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock access and support restore/verification. Billing information is not sent to our D1 activity analytics.

🚫 No Advertising

We do not show advertisements and do not use advertising cookies.

⚙️ Choices, Retention & Rights

Optional analytics can be rejected, allowed or withdrawn at any time below. Rejecting it does not change game access. Collection stops immediately and accessible device analytics is deleted; if the browser blocks storage changes, analytics remains off for the visit and the interface reports that the choice could not be saved. Previously received cloud records cannot be connected back to a particular player. Device preferences remain until cleared.

Raw Cloudflare D1 game-activity records are kept for no more than 12 months, then deleted or converted into non-identifying aggregate totals. We use an earlier cleanup cutoff so the monthly review does not extend that limit. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is configured for 14-month retention with reset on new activity disabled; Google processes expiry monthly, and this setting does not affect its standard aggregated reports. Adult Contact messages, including copies available through Web3Forms and the support mailbox, are deleted within 12 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required to handle a legal claim or comply with law.

Depending on where you live, an adult may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Email support@dindiandpilvi.com to make a request.

🎮 Using Our Games

Dindi and Pilvi Games is provided for personal, non-commercial family use. Do not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the service or its content.

🆓 Free Access & Promotions

Website Free and Android Free include the first five levels of ordinary games. Games marked as always free remain outside that level limit, and games that finish within five levels can be completed in Free. Android Free needs a working internet connection when a game or new level starts. A brief connection loss does not interrupt the level already being played.

🔓 Dindi & Pilvi Plus

Dindi & Pilvi Plus is a one-time Google Play in-app purchase, not a subscription. A verified purchase unlocks additional levels and offline play in the supported Android app. Plus applies to the Android app; website players are directed to its Google Play listing. It does not promise that the app, every device, or online services will remain available forever.

🧾 Purchase Verification & Refunds

Google Play handles payment, account, order and refund processing under its terms. A network connection and purchase verification may be required to buy, restore or periodically confirm access. Offline access relies on the last entitlement securely verified by the app; a refund, cancellation or invalid purchase may remove Plus access after the next verification. Refund rights provided by law are not limited by these terms.

🧒 Parents & Screen Time

No player account is required. A parent or guardian must approve store links and purchases and is responsible for device and Google Play purchase controls. The Parents zone provides a convenience timer, not a substitute for adult supervision.

Games, artwork and original content belong to Dindi and Pilvi Games unless otherwise noted. Permission to play does not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, publish, redistribute or resell that content.

⚠️ Availability & Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it safe and functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of online features. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

🔄 Changes

We may update the games, free-access rule, these terms or supported features. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in a new website or app release.
